As Venus rises bright in the morning sky at its greatest western elongation and a series of planetary alignments in early June invite emotional healing, vulnerability, and renewed connection. This is a time that favors reconnection and the quiet rebuilding of trust, shared pleasure, and purpose in relationships.

Our midday practice draws on myth to embody both discipline and surrender—moving through steady, heat-building sequences inspired by Shukracharya’s penance, then softening into hip openers and sacral meditation in homage to Aphrodite’s ocean-born grace.

We’ll close with Venusian delights—peaches and mint tea—to ground the experience in sensual nourishment, honoring the luxury that follows inner alignment.
